Abigail De Gouveia

I moved back to Tennessee after six years of living in the Pacific Northwest. I’m excited to be back and bring my love for urgent care medicine to East Tennessee. I was born in El Paso Texas but moved to Tennessee when I was young. I went to ETSU for my undergraduate and received my masters degree at Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. I love urgent and emergent medicine. It allows me to help a wide variety of people at some of the most crucial times in their lives. The relationships you can develop in a short amount of time truly makes it worth it for me. My passion is to help educate and treat as many patients as I can in a loving and knowledgeable way. I want to try to help people avoid the emergency room if at all possible. To be able to receive the best care possible as the individual they are in a locally owned and run urgent care. When I am not working with my patients, I am blessed to share my life with a wonderful husband and one adorable daughter. We love to hike, travel, play good old board games or anything to do with family. I also love music, singing and playing the violin are great ways for me to relax.
