Erica Bales

I am an East Tennessee native born and raised in Kingsport, TN. I attended South College of Knoxville for my undergraduate degree of Bachelors of Science in Nursing. After working as a Registered Nurse, I went on to acquire my Masters of Science in Nursing with concentration as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have worked in multiple different areas of the hospital, occupational health, and now urgent care. I am extremely passionate about urgent and emergent medicine. I love the urgent care field because I see a wide variety of illnesses and people of all ages. I am passionate about taking the time to listen to each and every patient I come in contact with. I strive to treat and educate all patients with compassion and knowledge. When I am not working, I am spending time with my husband and our son.

We are a Disney loving family and try to visit Disney World at least once a year. We are also avid sports fans who attend multiple different sporting events. I am a big animal lover and have three dogs and two cats. I am extremely thankful to be with Foundation Health Urgent care and a part of this loving community!
